Account and sign-in

Tap the account avatar on the home screen to see your email and sign-in status. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, the account may show an Apple private relay address.

Challenge help

Live challenges need both players ready together. Play later challenges let a friend beat your score on their own schedule. A shared invitation is for the person you send it to; keep the link private.

Player safety

Use a player’s Safety menu to block unwanted challenges or report harassment, an inappropriate profile, cheating or spam. Reports are private and reviewed by EscapeCouch. You can manage blocked players from the Challenges account menu.

Delete your data

Request account and data deletion, including if you no longer have the app.
